Location : Birbhum-Murshidabad region

Job Description :

1. Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company

2. Contacting and qualifying potential customers

3. Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals

4. Tracking progress towards meeting sales goals

5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

6. Attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

Requirements and Skills:

1. 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the agro/agro-tech sector)

2. Strong communication skills

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

4. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Flexibility and adaptability to change

8. A desire to learn and grow in the sales field

9. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
